We’re all familiar with the safety instructions in planes that tell you to,  “Secure your own oxygen mask before assisting others.”  While this is not always a natural instinct for women, it’s important to take care of yourself first so you’re able to take care of those you love.

2020 has undoubtedly presented challenges that affected all of us – financially, emotionally, spiritually and physically.  We’re going through the same thing.  And we’ve found a routine that has helped us get through this.

Just like you, we’ve faced many sleepless nights, too much stress and new levels of anxiety. We’ve just tried to cope. Things that have helped us are meditation, plenty of exercise, fresh air and oxygen, reading and journaling.   These have enormous benefits when practiced with intention and consistency.
