Everybody we know is under stress.
We’ve got LOTS of reasons to be stressed—the on-going Covid crisis, economic devastation, racial unrest and isolation from friends and family.
No wonder anxiety, sleeplessness and the inability to concentrate are wreaking havoc on everyone’s lives. Here are some things you can do:
- Create a soothing play list

- Read a book to get your mind off it
